What is Play It Forward?
Play It Forward is a hands-on community service event inspired by the phrase “pay it forward.” It’s all about taking the blessings, support, and opportunities we’ve received and passing them on to others in need. During this event, athletes and community members will come together to pack care kits for our unhoused neighbors - turning small acts of kindness into a big impact.
Why Get Involved?
This is more than just packing boxes. It’s an opportunity for athletes to step off the court or field and give back to the community that supports them. It’s a chance to connect, serve, and make a difference, all while being part of something bigger than yourself. No experience is needed..all you need is a willing heart.
How It Works!

Pack Care Kits: Join us at an event center to assemble kits with essentials for those experiencing homelessness. Date TBD

Serve With Purpose: After the kits are packed, a team will distribute them directly to unhoused neighbors in the community on April 19th.

If you’re unable to attend but still want to make an impact, donations are welcome! Contributions can be sent via Zelle or CashApp and will go directly toward purchasing care kit supplies. Every gift, big or small, helps us bring hope and essential items to our unhoused neighbors.
